Bullying Ends Here empowers youth and parents to break the cycle of bullying
through acceptance, tolerance, and understanding.
Tad
Milmine, a Surrey RCMP officer, began speaking to youth after he was inspired
by the tragic story of Jamie Hubley, an Ottawa
“I inspire youth to make this world what they want it to
be. I inspire them to be better, to help
and to make a real positive change in this world. I want them to be the very best that they can
be.”
